So, now you know a bit about what to expect from us, what do we look for in you? Well, mostly a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, but there are also a few more specifics we like to see, which will help you hit the ground running:
> Degree education (2:2 or above) in any academic discipline> 240 UCAS points or equivalent (excluding general studies)
> GCSE in Maths (C or above)
> IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
> Eligibility to work in the UK
With these criteria in mind, we welcome applications from people regardless of background (you don’t need to have had any experience of auditing related study or work – we can give you all the training you need. In fact, most of our graduate trainees come from non accounting or finance related degree programmes). Whether you’re fresh out of your first degree, a mature student or perhaps somebody considering a career change, just let us know what skills and ambitions you have and we’ll let you know how to make the most of them.
