It’s a common misconception that our remuneration package couldn’t possibly compare favourably with other graduate programmes in the private sector. Well, we’re delighted to say it can. We believe in rewarding our people for the incredible work they do and we put our money where our mouth is: Starting salary levels (varying according to location weightings): London £28,846 (plus £1,500 training supplement), Home Counties: £26,528 (plus £500 training supplement), all other areas: £22,938.
