The application process
Mission: to know what to expect
Once we receive your application (you’ll receive an email to let you know it’s reached us safely), we’ll go through a first stage selection, checking minimum requirements and seeing how you answered our questions. If all that goes well, you’ll be invited to take online numerical and verbal reasoning tests. If you do well at this stage you’ll be invited to an interview at one of our regional offices. And finally if you wow us all the way along, we’ll ask you to come along to an assessment centre, which will involve a day of exercises similar to those that you would do when working for us.
The important thing to remember is that every stage is as much about you deciding if we’re right for you, as it is about us deciding if you’re right for us.
And if you 'Be a missionary' you can download the handy little guide we put together giving you a few tips and suggestions to make the whole process a whole lot easier.
Closing dates
Closing date for applications is Monday 11 January 2010 at 4.00pm. Interviews will take place late January or early February and the first assessment centres in late February or early March.
Due to an overwhelming response last year we suggest getting your applications in as early as possible.
