Diversity

Diversity, equality and human rights are central to everything we do. Because of this, we have now set out our commitment in a Strategic Plan which encompasses many strands of progressive thinking in one ambitious vision. It is based not only on legal obligations, but more importantly on best practice which will help to create an inclusive local environment. As a regulator, we are influential in shaping improvement in public service and we want to use that influence to maximum effect, promoting positive change within our organisation and through our work with others.
